Little ballerina

Here is our little ballerina. Meredith was so excited to start her first dance class! It was a ballet/jazz/hip-hop class...SO CUTE! Her teacher was Miss Donna and she took the class with her friends Zoe and Reagan. Fun times! I just wish the dance class wasn't over already! I need to sign her up again for the next session!

More catch up...

While we were in Arizona over the holidays, we hit the zoo on New Years Day and also had a chance to get together with some of my very best friends...Felicia, Teesha, Jen...their spouses & kids. We got together at a great mexican place...the kids got to play with tortilla dough like it was playdough and we celebrated Meredith's birthday. She even got a birthday sombrero! It was so fun to see you guys! Thanks for making the time to get together!

Catch-up

My computer is working again...yeah!! So, I finally downloaded all the pics from our Christmas vacation. We were in Arizona for 3 weeks and we had so much fun visiting with everyone! We loved spending Christmas with my side of the family. Plus, while we were in town we blessed Kimball & Hilary's baby, Addie...and we also had a baby shower for Hilary. Fun times!

Broken!!

So, I realize that I haven't posted anything new for over a month...sorry! I just wanted to let you know why! We were out of town for 3 weeks during Christmas/New Years...and when we got home...our computer wouldn't turn on! Grrr. So, sorry there hasn't been any updates...but hopefully it will be fixed soon (according to Hewlett Packard) and I will post a huge update post with millions of pictures! I'm sure you all can't wait! :)

Since I can't wait to post with pictures...just wanted to share some exciting news! My niece, Leah, had her baby girl this morning! Yea!!!! They named her June and she is perfect! I can't wait to meet her tomorrow!! Congrats to the proud mama & papa!! Good job!

Bath time, craft time, play time!

It seems like every year, as soon as we hit Halloween...the rest of the year flies by in a blur. This year is no different. I can't believe it is almost Christmas already and...true to form...we are super busy and it will be 2009 before we know it! This past week we tried to slow down a bit, but we still made it to a ceramic studio to create a masterpiece or two...thanks to M's preschool class!...and we went to a very fun park that we need to visit more often! Here are some pictures from our week...including some bath time fun with baby Nora, Meredith's preschool fieldtrip, park pictures and a few pictures just for fun.

Just a sidenote...I know I take way too many pictures...of everything! Sorry!! I just can't help myself! Taking pictures has become an obsession...I just feel like life is flying by so fast that I have to capture everything I can, so that when I look back...I'll remember every moment and I'll be able to remember my sweet girls...exactly as they are...right now. You know what I mean? Life is so precious.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We stayed local for Thanksgiving this year and enjoyed a nice, quiet day with Robert's family. Not everyone was there, but even with just a few families...there were still about 25 of us! Luckily, Barbara was one of the 25 at mom and dad's place. We haven't seen her in months and it was so good to see her! Nora was especially happy to finally meet her aunt!

Thanks for feeding us and putting up with us, mom! We had a great day!

On Friday, we went to a neat little park in Garden Grove. Leah, Gent, Roy & Barbara came with us. Fun times!

FOOD!!

Nora finally had her first taste of "real" food this last week. We gave her some rice cereal, but unfortunately, she didn't like it very much. Everytime she took a bite she would shudder or gag. Poor thing. I tried to give her some rice cereal again this morning to see if she liked it more the second time...nope! Too bad! I was hoping that with a little rice cereal in her tummy at night, she would start sleeping better! Oh well!
