Pigtails & Dandelions

One of Meredith's favorite things to do with Grandpa Holmes is to pick Dandelions in the backyard. Note the pigtails...this was the first time we tried it. They were so cute at first, but after a bit...her hair totally fell out in the back!

Kimball & Hilary's Wedding

Sorry I have been so bad about keeping up with the blog. Here are some pictures from Kimball & Hilary's wedding back in March! They were married in the Las Vegas Temple...where they are currently living...until August when they are off to Japan for 3 years! We're sad that they'll be so far away, but it is a good excuse for a trip!

Warm winter day...

We love living in Huntington Beach, but we usually don't visit the beach much in the Winter. Luckily, however, we do have some really nice warm days occassionally. Here we are in January enjoying one of those great warm, sunny days!

The big #1

While we were Arizona over New Years, we all got together to celebrate Meredith's 1st birthday. We all went to the park to eat pizza & cake and play. Meredith LOVED the pizza, by the way. She is her father's daughter.

Encounter with Santa Claus

Meredith was curious when she first saw Santa, but as soon as I put her on his lap...she quickly went from somewhat curious to completely hysterical. Poor girl!

Uncle Whitney's visit!

Uncle Whitney came to visit before Christmas! He brought his friends, Julie & Crystal with him. They had a lot of fun, but I think they were hoping for warmer weather. :)
